The Israel Space Agency (ISA) and the Texas Association of Business (TAB) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to work together on space-related initiatives. The agreement, which was signed at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, is focused on promoting collaboration between Israeli and Texan companies and institutions in the space industry. This mutually beneficial agreement signifies a commitment to advancing space exploration and related industries through international collaboration.

Alongside promoting and enhancing industrial initiatives, organizational collaboration, and space education processes in the field of space, the MOU outlines some strategy objectives, concerning strengthening Israel's capabilities. These include supporting Israel-based companies in accessing opportunities in Texas concerning space initiatives, and exchanging industrial and academic delegations between ISA and TAB. This is in order to support knowledge sharing and to facilitate and enhance network opportunities.

The MOU – which was signed by Uri Oron, Director of ISA, and Glenn Hamer, CEO of TAB – prioritizes a cooperative relationship and leverages the existing operations, capabilities, methods, and expertise of both ISA and TAB.
