Meet Dr. Dorit Donoviel Director Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH). Dr. Donoviel will tell us about the TRISH institute, empowered by NASA Human Research Program for solving challenges of human deep space exploration. She will present their topics of research and ways of collaboration with the institute.
Meet Dr. Diana Laufer, the Scientific Director of Givatayim Observatory in Israel, leading education and public astronomy and space education programs.
Dr. Laufer holds a Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University in Planetary Sciences. She is a specialist in cometary ices and icy bodies in the solar system. In her last role, Laufer was the head of the Comet Reseach Laboratory at Tel Aviv University. She is a lecturer and Ph.D. research mentor, currently working in a new nanosatellite project. Dr. Diana Laufer is a member of the Israeli Astronomical Association (IAA) and the International Astronomical Union.
